COVID-19 Response: Letter to Customers

We hope you’re managing as well as can be expected during this very challenging time. As we continue to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to check in with you and provide an update as well as share useful industry resources.

Knauf is more committed than ever to serving our customers and meeting your needs. You are top of mind and it is important to us that we understand how you and your businesses are doing. We are devoted to staying connected and forging an even stronger partnership – together, we will get through this crisis.

To date, our plants continue to operate. The construction industry is considered an essential business in each state we operate in, allowing our manufacturing operations to remain open. Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and providing a safe work environment. These steps are critical in helping slow the spread of the virus, flattening the curve and, most importantly, keeping you, your team and their families healthy and safe.

We recently published a blog post containing several industry resources and studies focused on the COVID-19 pandemic. The post includes a delayed/cancelled project list, an interactive map that shows states where construction has been deemed essential and information on how the CARES Act can help construction firms and workers weather the storm.
